F1 Fracas of Fate

The tournament in this chapter is a twist of gladiator dualing with modern wrestling-like ruling. This is basicly the Olympics for mythical creatures. The overall winner gets placed with a special honor. The honor is different every year and could be anything from a new domain to fighting the old champion to becoming a minion of the vampire counsel (oh what an honor >>). Many creatures can fight in this tournament. Instead of fighting to the death, they fight until they have no energy or will left to fight (in which case they lose and get poofed away and the timer stops). Each fighter starts out with 50 pts. Points are awarded and taken away for damage done, damage recieved, and style shown. If one fighter gains points, the othe looses the same amount. The battle is over when a fighter runs out of points or passes out.

E1 Vamp eyes
The sure-fire way to identify a vampire without risking your neck, is all in their eyes. Vampires tear ducts still keep their eyes wet, but because of the "Vampirism", they lack the visible "filmy" components Humani (cool version of humans =D)have. [more on Vampirism in "V" sections]

E2 Mind Control (eyes con.)
You can just as easily find someone under another beings control. These include, but are not limited to, the powers of Enthrallment, Possession, Mind Control, and Hypnotism. Once again, by simply looking at ones eyes, you can find such a person. When under someone else's control, the victim's pupil appears faded in color or have a sickly yellow tint.
All multi-eyed "mythical" creatures have any mixture of the following eye appearances: Faded , odd coloring , no shine , slitted pupils , inverted eyes , Whites of eyes not white , multiple pupils , and lack of iris.

V1 The Bats and the Bites (How Vampires Are Made)
How is a vampire made? When a human gets bitten by a vampire, venom enters the victims body. The venom gets forced through the victims blood stream (by blood pressure), and enters his/her bone marrow (through where the freshly made blood is let out). This venom is made up of a plasma-osteoclast solution. The plasma creates Osteoclast Activating Factors, which encourage osteoclasts to break down the bone marrow (Osteoclasts are bone cells that break down old bone, while osteoblasts make new bone). When the vampires plasma & OAFs make the osteoclasts work harder, the osteoclast-to-osteoblast ratio is now uneven. Now all the now-minority osteoblasts can do is keep the hard-stable outer part of the bone hard and stable. The excess plasma and osteoclasts mix to create venom and can now flow through the hollowed bones (including the teeth) of the now vampire.

V2 All About Vampires
So if the marrow is destroyed, then how does the victim (whose is now considered a vampire) make blood? Answer: They dont. He/She now has to get the Nectar of Life (a.k.a. blood) (PIC) from a host/victim. Without blood in the beginning, wont the victim just die and not become a vampire? Answer: Not immediately after being turned into a vampire. There is always a little blood left in the just-turned vampires body. These left-over blood cells work with the other cells in the body to keep the body functioning. All of those cells are now working at 300%. (PIC) This is why vampires never age, have superior strength (muscles working harder, can fly (heightened mental ability), and appear more seductive (more hormones). The myth that vampires turn into cats, is just that, a myth. If, however, it was true, it is believed it would be caused by the radiation from the cells working so hard. Also, the vampires dont have reflections thing, is also a myth. They indeed have reflections, but their appearance changes so little, that they simply avoid them.

V3 B&B Summary (soon with pics)
Vampire bites human (PIC). Oste. hollow humans bones (PIC). Oste. and plasma makes venom (PIC). Victim cannot make blood. Cells work 3x harder (PIC) making brain, muscles, and sexiness increase in power (PIC). Vampires arent bats (sorry). Vampires DO have slowed age and reflections.
